Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Because our products are health and personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns on any product once it has been opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email us at support@trykovea.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@trykovea.com and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This applies even if the item has been opened.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
