Thank you for shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping & delivery times

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our domestic and international fulfillment partners, and some items are shipped from our overseas supply partners before arriving to you in the U.S. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't locate it, please contact us at support@trykovea.com and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to help.
